Smoking Policy Update

Please be advised of the following smoking policy updates at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK):

Within the Terminal:

• No smoking areas are available in either the airside or landside sections of the terminal.
• After passing through security, smoking is strictly prohibited in Domestic Gate A and Concourses C, D, E, F, and G of the International Terminal.

Outside the Terminal:

There are six designated smoking rooms located near gates C1A, D1A, D8A, E1A, F1A, and G1A on the departure floor (level 4). However, kindly note that these smoking rooms are located on level 3.

Landside Smoking Areas:

Several designated smoking areas are located throughout the airport's landside areas, both before and after security. Please inquire with airport staff or check signage for specific locations.

Previous Smoking Rooms:

All smoking rooms within the airport were closed in early 2019 due to stricter non-smoking regulations implemented in late 2018. This includes smoking rooms in the Miracle lounges.
